I have no firewall restriction/forward configured as far as I know, the port deluge uses (60233) is successfully tested by del. In googling for this problem, I have turned off uPnP, to no avail. Deluge is not connecting in my Ubuntu 12.04, whereas Transmission is. None of my torrents download, and the bottom says 'No Incoming Connections'. I haven't changed any of the settings, but about two weeks ago, it stopped working.

It seemed to me that it was a question of closed port or not-forwarded port, but I checked my routers and everything is ok there, and I can always download a torrent, even when having this behavior.Have you tried Remote Desktop Connection, to connect from your Windows 10 laptop to your Windows 7 desktop? Try it first, post back and tell how it went. I'm having trouble with Deluge, a program I've been using for years now. Please note that this occurs only when I start Deluge after 1 or 2 days (if I start & do this & restart Deluge, the "no incoming connections" does not appear)

There, I have to "check the active port" (I have 6881 to 6889, wih random ports deactivated), which removes immediately this status-bar information. An example of the iptables rules I am using can be found here. This keeps remaining until (can last for 1/2h, not tried more) I go to the "Network" tab under Preferences. I have set up a VPN client and I'm using iptables to block all connections not tunneled through the VPN.

I have (in the Deluge status bar) a red square with a white "X", saying "no incoming connection". The same here, at the same time last week of April, 0 incoming connections although there's outgoing connections.

Launch Deluge (add a new torrent or restart previously existing torrent) So where does that leave us, well not quite up sht creek without a paddle :-), you can set STRICTPORTFORWARD to no and this will then allow you to connect to any legacy endpoint, however this will mean you wont have a working incoming port so speeds will be lower than usual - its not ideal i know, but its the best we have got right now.

As for the latest alpha release of 1.8, it shows the same capped speeds either if the connections are encrypted or not.

It's almost completely described in the title ! Say it "longer" : hi cannot connect from macbook to pc.works perfectly the other way round but when i try to connect from mac to pc it throws a message saying 'this partner does not accept incoming connections. Yeap, Deluge does it well and I cant use any other client until some of the more mainstream ones will be able to perform in the same manner.
